During the fury of AI conversations in 2023, we helped Blue Bottle activate an art happening. We hired the world's most followed portrait artist to receive the same prompt as AI in creating a portrait. The resulting handmade portrait was slowly painted over the course of eight hours and then priced at $20,000 compared to the AI stock price of $400. Proving that the value of hand-crafted is still preferred in our culture.
