  • Contract. Audit of marketing dept, creative resources and consulted on AOR pitch; growth model for talent and updated process to shift from majority wholesale to a stronger DTC platform. Created an in-house agency model along with refreshed brand elements and several campaigns. Developed new brand and product platforms.
